About the Spring 2021 Virtual Career Fair
CFP Board's Spring 2021 Virtual Career Fair is the go-to event for employers and job seekers in the financial planning profession.
This totally online event connects employers in financial planning with highly-qualified job candidates, including CFP® professionals and those pursuing CFP® certification, as well as students aspiring for careers in financial planning.
Job seekers can create a profile that includes their resume and links to their LinkedIn profile, so that they can visit employer booths to see available job opportunities and connect with employers.
During the fair, employers and job candidates can:
- Connect on job opportunities posted in the exhibitors’ booths.
- Interact through text messaging and audio-based conversations.
- Schedule appointments for one-on-one video chats during the fair.
- Apply for jobs during the Career Fair using their profile and resume.
- Registered Career Fair exhibitors will be provided with a virtual booth in the exhibit hall and the opportunity to customize their booth to showcase their organization and highlight their available job openings. Employers can view job candidates’ profiles and resumes and reach out to potential hires to connect.
