Notice of Assignment of, and Modification to, Pathway to CFP® Certification Agreement, Effective February 17, 2023

This notice of assignment of, and modification to, the Pathway to CFP® Certification Agreement (“Pathway Agreement”) is being provided pursuant to paragraphs 26(a), 26(b), and 26(e) of the Pathway Agreement.

On January 23, 2023, Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. changed its name to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Inc. (“CFP Board Center for Financial Planning”). CFP Board Center for Financial Planning has assigned the Pathway Agreement to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards., Inc. (“CFP Board of Standards”), an organization that was formed on January 23, 2023. CFP Board of Standards has modified the Pathway Agreement.

CFP Board of Standards encourages all candidates for CFP® certification to familiarize themselves with the modified Pathway Agreement.
